AS A GENERAL RULE...

SkyCo Distro (the “Site” or “we”) does not offer refunds. All sales are final.

HOWEVER!

We nonetheless ask the customers submit refund requests to our sales representatives for us to consider on a case-by-case basis. There are rare cases in which we will offer refunds and/or returns for orders due to unforeseen circumstances.
