Shipping & Pick-Up Policy

 Here are a few FAQ about our shipping and pick-up policies.

Shipping Calculated After Check-Out

   To ensure that you get the best deal on shipping, we require that all shipping costs be calculated after checkout. By picking this option at checkout you allow us the time to pack your order in the most effective method possible to ensure the best rates.

   After your order is packed up we will add the shipping cost to your order and resend the invoice. Once approved and confirmed your order will be shipped out. 

Processing Time

   We pride ourselves in our speedy processing time, and are here to help ensure that the process goes as smoothly as possible.

   Please note, orders placed after 4pm will not be packed and processed until the next day. Payment must be fully complete before your order can be shipped or picked- up.

   Orders placed over the weekend will be processed Monday morning, unless otherwise directed or arranged.

     After your order goes through our website, our team will print a packing slip and get to packing your order.

     Once your order is ready to go, we double check to make sure that any items that may have went out of stock in our processing time are removed from your invoice. Packages are weighed and shipping is calculated. Once your shipping labels are created, our system should automatically send you tracking to the e-mail provided on your account.

     We add your shipping charge to your order and notify you that your new invoice is ready for review.

    Once payment is fully approved and confirmed we will schedule your order for pick-up. In urgent cases you may request a post office pick up, but this may cause additional charges. USPS pick up is usually next day, except for orders placed or confirmed on friday, which will complete processing on the following Monday.

     After your order goes through our website, our team will print a packing slip and get to packing your order. If you have any requests about how your order is packed so that it will fit in your vehicle, please give us a call so that we can help accomadate your requests.

     When your order is ready to go, we will send you an e-mail notificaion that your order is ready for pickup. Orders placed before 3pm are sometimes available same day, but please call ahead if you have not received a notification. Orders are generally ready for pick-up within 24 hours.

     Payment must be processed fully before orders can be taken from the premises. Once your order is paid in full, and picked-up, your order will be finalized in our system and a confirmation will be sent to your e-mail.

     If you want to add any additional items to your order they will have to be processed as a second order. Please see our In-Store Shopping page to learn more about how you can shop easily in person.

Insurance

   We add insurance to every order to ensure that it arrives safely to you. If you have any issues with the arrival of your order please contact us so that we can file any insurance claims necessary.

   If you would like to opt out of insurance please call our office so we can make a note on your customer account. Orders that are not covered may not be eligible to be replaced in the unforunate circumstnace that they are lost or damaged during shipping.
